Affiliate Program Terms

Thank you for your interest in the Mailarrow Affiliate Program.
This Agreement sets forth the terms of participation in the Mailarrow Affiliate Program.
In this agreement, the term “Affiliate” means you (the Applicant). In this Agreement, “Mailarrow” means the Mailarrow service for which you have entered into this agreement.
By joining the Mailarrow Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read the agreement and agree to its terms. The Customer is a paying user of the Mailarrow service.
Commissions
To generate commissions on affiliate sales, users must upgrade to Mailarrow's paid plan and become a customer.
Commission is only paid for sales when a customer clicks on a qualified, properly structured affiliate link. The affiliate is solely responsible for correctly coded links.
Payment & Refunds
To give time for refunds, payments will be made on the first of each month, at least 30 days after the referring customer has converted from a trial account to a paid account.
If a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the affiliate received a commission, the commission received for the refunded amount will be deducted from the affiliate's balance.
The minimum payment is $25.
Usage & Obligations
The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.
The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Mailarrow. The Affiliate will never represent themselves, Mailarrowor their relationship with Mailarrow in a false or misleading way.
The Affiliate will never use advertising to promote directly their Affiliate links. The Affiliate will never bid for advertisements that compete with Mailarrow.
The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of any unsolicited bulk email mentioning or referencing Mailarrow.
The Affiliate is not permitted to refer themselves or someone in their company or office.
Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the contract immediately without prior notice.
If Affiliate terminates the Agreement, no further commissions will be paid to Mailarrow for past or future customer transactions.
If Mailarrow decides to terminate the Agreement, any remaining balance will be paid to the Partner within 60 days of termination.
If Mailarrow terminates the agreement due to a breach of the General Terms and Conditions, no fees will be paid or payable.
Modification
We may, at our discretion, change the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time. These changes include, but are not limited to, changes to available commission amounts, commission schedules, payment procedures, and affiliate program rules.
