Mailboxes are not available from us at the moment. You have to obtain your own separate mailboxes from well-known providers such as Gmail, Outlook, Zoho, and others in the market. After you have them, you can use our comprehensive guides to link them easily.
Do you offer guides and articles on succeeding with cold emails?
We have guides that you can access here. Many users have used it to become experts in cold emailing from scratch. It includes all the topics from email setup to writing and finding leads.
Is another tool needed for warmups?

Do you offer cold email marketing or lead generation services with Mailarrow?
Mailarrow is not a service for cold email marketing or lead generation. It is a platform that lets you automate your outreach, send emails in bulk, and manage your responses. Our focus is on building the best platform for this purpose.
What IP addresses does Mailarrow use?
Mailarrow does not use its own servers to send the email. It sends the email from the email account that you add as an inbox, using the IP address of your email provider. For example, if you add a Gmail account as an inbox, the email will be sent from Google’s IPs.
What sending servers does Mailarrow use?
The servers of your email provider are used to send the emails. For example, if your inbox is Outlook, the email will be sent from Microsoft’s IPs.
This makes the emails you send look authentic as if you sent them yourself from your email address.
Can I use multiple email addresses for sending emails?
With our advanced Inbox Rotation system, you can use different email addresses to send emails and manage your email volume easily. You can also assign a single campaign to multiple email addresses, without creating separate email campaigns for each inbox.
Can I send emails to people who haven't subscribed (opt-in)

Plans and Pricing
An active lead is a contact that you upload to Mailarrow, which is similar to a contact in HubSpot. When you upload 1000 leads to a campaign, they count as 1000 active leads. But if you upload the same leads to another campaign, they do not count as “new active leads” because they are already in our system.
Is there any limit to the number of emails?
Saleshandy has a monthly limit on the total number of emails you can send. However, your ESP (Email Service Provider) determines the daily limit on the number of emails you can send.
Does it need any credit card information to signup or try?
You can try the Outreach Plan for free for 7 days with a Saleshandy account. You can test it out before you subscribe. You don’t need to give us your credit card information to start.
Is there any limitation during 7- day free trial period?
The 7-day free trial does not allow you to send more than 100 emails. You need to upgrade to the paid plan if you want to send more emails.
Is the prospect limit monthly?
You can send a limited number of emails per month, but the number of prospects you can add to Saleshandy is unlimited.
How many team members can I add?
You can add as many team members as you want and give them different roles and access levels.
Do you have custom plans beyond the Pro plan?
Many people switch to Custom plans after a few weeks. Sign up for free and see all options for up to 50,000 prospects on the subscription page.
Do you offer customized plans?

Do I have to pay per email account?
No, you can use as many email accounts and warmup accounts as you need without paying extra for each account. This will help you grow your email outbound and save money.
Does Mailarrow require any long-term commitment if you go for their plans?
No, Mailarrow has no long-term contracts for their monthly or annual plans. You can easily and quickly cancel your individual subscriptions whenever you want.
If I upgrade my plan am I charged the full amount or the difference?
Yes, you’ll be charged with the difference.
